I have completed PGDPLP in the year 2008. Although I already had a good introduction to the subject of patents, I wanted to learn the practical aspects relating to national/international patent practices. The curriculum designed by IIPS and the selection of faculty equipped me with the practical knowledge about the various minutes of patents. The advantage of the course (PGDPLP) is the interaction with the faculties who are selected based on their expertise in their respective domain that may be patent search, patent drafting or patent filing etc. The institute has a good collection of books and journal and the staff is very cooperative and motivating.
