Classroom evaluation is carried on through module related assignments and tests as part of the course, where participants are required to submit a well-researched essay on an IP related topic of their interest after completion of lectures which forms part of the course requirement.

Finally participants are evaluated on an examination to qualify for the award of the Certificate.

Attendance
Failure to attend a minimum of 75 percent of the sessions will result in the participants not being allowed to complete the programme

Eligibility
Graduates as well as undergraduates from any discipline including practicing professionals, lawyers, scientists, etc. may apply. The programme requires participants to have a good command over written and spoken English.

Classes are conducted in the institute premises in state-of-the-art air-conditioned classrooms with well furnished audio-visual aids, internet and catering facilities to increase effectiveness of curricula.

Lecture Timing
Saturday 3.00 pm – 7.00 pm Sunday 9.00 am – 1.00 pm

Duration
4 months - with classes on week-ends only

The Institute remains closed on Mondays.
